How to facilitate divergent thinking…using just a stick!

One of the amazing things about being a facilitator is the opportunity to lead a variety of different groups. I work most often with corporate teams - leading my original workshops and facilitating management training for LifeLabs Learning, BUT I also have the opportunity to lead Tinkergarten outdoor nature classes for families in my community. In fact, leading these classes was a part of my journey from management consulting toward facilitation.

I love the way the Tinkergarten curriculum sparks creative thinking not only in the children in my classes but in me, too.
